Super Slimming Shakes

Whether its time for a quick snack, or meal-time, Energy Slim Weight Control Shakes is a healthy option. Convenient, easy to prepare and delicious, our shakes will really satisfy your hunger – and for less than 150 calories per serve!

HOW TO PREPARE THE IDEAL SHAKE:

1: Place 1 scoop (30g / 3 Tbspns) or 1 x single-serve sachet of  your favourite flavour into a blender or shaker. Use slightly more or less as you perfect your personal quantity.

2: Add 100mL skim milk & 100mL water (or 200mL each) – use another cup to easily measure your required liquid content. Use more or less to suit your individual taste. Try adding 3-4 ice cubes.

3:  Shake / blend 30-40 seconds or until smooth. For a super creamy thick-shake, let this stand for a further 60 seconds.

Always avoid adding boiling water to your shake powder.  For a warm shake heat your ready-made shake in the microwave for around 30 seconds.

Favorite Variations: In a blender you may try adding fresh, tinned or frozen fruits, 2-3 tablespoons of breakfast cereal, LSA,  yogurt or maybe a scoop or two of ice-cream.

Jane’s Tip – Drink a shake mid-morning and around 4pm or so. This will control appetite at common craving times and help you eat less food.

Simply mix any of these delicious recipes in a blender for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!

Chocolate Berry Booster

  • 1-2 scoops / 1 sachets Chocolate (Strawberry or Vanilla) shake
  • 1 cup (250ml) water / skim milk combo
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 6-8 strawberries / raspberries – fresh or frozen

Mix in a blender for 1 minute.

Banana Blaster

  • 1-2 scoops / 1 sachet Banana, Vanilla, White (Chocolate) Shake
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup water / skim milk
  • 1-2 scoops ice cream
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Peanut Butter Bonanza

  • 1 scoops / 1 sachet – Chocolate or Caramel shake
  • 1½ cup water / skim milk combo
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter (more to taste)

Eggnog Heaven

  • 1 scoops / 1 sachets – Vanilla or Caramel shake
  • 1 cup milk / water combo
  • ¼ tspn cinnamon to taste
  • ¼ tspn nutmeg to taste
  • optional 1-2 scoops ice-cream

Berry Bounce

  • 1-2 scoops / 1 sachet Vanilla, Strawberry or White Chocolate shake
  • 1 x 200g tub low-sugar fruit yogurt
  • ¼ tspn cinnamon
  • ½ cup blueberries – fresh / frozen

Pineapple Delight

  • 1-2 scoops / 1 sachets Vanilla / White Chocolate shake
  • 1½ cup water or skim milk combo
  • ¼ tspn cinnamon
  • ½ cup pineapple pieces (fresh / tinned)
  • optional: 2 tspns coconut extract for an Hawaiian twist
